SHIPPING POLICY

SUNDAY RESIN ships worldwide through secure checkout. Standard shipping is $19.99 for US and Canada and $49.99 for International destinations. Shipping is charged once per order.

Contact support before ordering if you need a delivery-time commitment. Tracking is provided when available after shipment.

Optional SUNDAY RESIN Shipping Protection is a store-backed service, not third-party insurance. When it is selected and paid for, SUNDAY RESIN provides priority review for a documented package loss or damage in transit. An approved claim may be resolved with a replacement of the affected item or a refund of that item's purchase price, at the store's discretion and subject to inventory.

Protection claims must be submitted within seven calendar days of the carrier's delivery scan or, for a missing shipment, within seven calendar days of the carrier's stated expected-delivery date. Keep all packaging and provide the order number, photos of damage, and carrier information. The protection fee is refundable only when the service is cancelled before shipment.

Customers are responsible for supplying a complete, deliverable address and reviewing their confirmation email for order details.
